Via Andrew Bostom, it’s of the “Muslim Group of Peace” demonstration in Bangkok.
There appears to be a miniature dog species in the placard, balanced upon its forelegs, with a stream of urine being propelled from between its hind quarters, which is directed at the bloody, decapitated head of the most prominent Danish cartoonist, Kurt Westergaard.
You just can’t make this stuff up.
